Ghana U23 crashed out from All Africa Games

Defending champions Ghana have been eliminated from the All Africa Games men’s football tournament after Nigeria drew 1-1 with Senegal in the final Group B match.

The Black Meteors who lost 2-0 to Nigeria in their opening match were counting on the Dream Team to beat the Senegalese by more goals to advance.

But the points shared means both Nigeria and Senegal advance.

Nigeria finished on top of the Group with 4 points followed by Senegal with 2 points in the three-team table.
