It appears Brooklyn Beckham has a new lady in his life: singer and actress Sonia Ben Ammar.
Over
the last few months, the 16-year-old eldest son of Victoria and David
Beckham has been spending time with the rising French star, whom he
reportedly met during a family trip to the Maldives. She must have made
quite the impression, because she then visited the Beckhams at their Los
Angeles home over the summer. (Yes, this means she's probably met his
parents… possibly twice.)
But
there were no parents in sight during Brooklyn and Sonia's recent jaunt
through Paris. The aspiring soccer player/model/photographer has been
sharing a slew of stunning snaps from his trip to the City of Lights —
ranging from art hanging in the Centre Pompidou, to cityscapes with stormy skies, to the Eiffel Tower basked in sunshine — but the pic that has everyone talking is of the back of an unidentified young lady (who is almost certainly Sonia).
Posted
on September 7, the black-and-white snap shows a woman looking out over
the capital city, her ombre-colored hair whipping in the breeze.
Brooklyn opted to let the shot speak for itself and didn't include any
clues or captions. That same day, however, the pair was spotted
strolling through Paris together, so it's not a big leap to assume it's
her in the pic.
This isn't the first time the budding performer has popped up in Brooklyn's Instagram feed, however. Last month, Brooklyn posted
a photo of a group of friends and Sonia, 16, was in it. Not only was
she in it, though, she was up close and personal to the Brit. In fact,
Brooklyn's arm is clearly wrapped around her waist, pulling her in close
for the shot — and she looks pretty happy about it.
"Fun night with these people," he wrote alongside the casual snap.
On
its own, the group shot is hardly definitive proof of a romance between
these two genetically blessed teens, but when added to her visit to
California and their time together in Paris, it's looking rather likely
that they're more than friends.
Brooklyn
was previously linked to actress Chloe Grace Moretz after the two were
introduced at a SoulCycle class in Santa Monica last year. Though their
romance seemed to fizzle out (if it ever even really existed), Moretz
still praised Brooklyn for being "passionate about what he wants," which, she told Teen Vogue, "is to be a pro soccer star."
